Out of Hours Services

KBM Services has a dedicated control room where all out of hours phone calls/emails are picked up by our instant response team. Depending on the urgency level, we aim to have our contractor attend within an hour of being notified of the problem.

We can also provide full coverage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year on a contract basis to take the stress off you. This would involve an annual fee for our team to be on call for your portfolio of properties and there is no limit to how many properties can be included in your portfolio.
